                                        Subject;- Problems Staff of Shimoga Division


          Shortage of Staff-There is acute shortage of hands in the division, Shortage of staff in all the three HOs and most of the B class offices are working single handed.

.          Power problem- The power cut is there now in Shimoga division. 2to 3 hours power cut in Shimoga city itself. Morning 6 to 12 or 12 to 6 power cut in all the rural areas in the division. More than 22 offices
in the division having UPS problem. SPMs in rural areas have to work on the supply of power from KEB Most of the SPMs in rural areas are to work in late hours every day otherwise it is not possible to start
the work next day. New battery supply is to be made. The batteries to be supplied from RO. It is come to know that Supply of batteries from RO is not in near future. As  funds is available.

            There no proper working conditions are provided by the administration. But pressuring for business. SSA/RPLI. accounts are opening in large numbers and also RPLI. Mc-comish  soft ware is
implemented and not working in any office in the division. Without extra staff officials are nominated for that work.

             More than 6 PAs applied for stepping up of Pay during February 2012 Pending at RO. It is learnt that more than 200 cases of all over the circle are pending at RO/DAP.   Numbers of Rule 38 cases are pending at circle level and officials waiting for transfer.

             The problem is not only of Shimoga but all over the Circle It is requested to give notice to the administration to set right the problems in time framed manner. Otherwise agitation  programs Dhahran/
Hunger fast/ total strike throughout the Circle.
