    How counted special pay/allowance for pay fixation of on TBOP/BCR promotion who drawn special pay @Rs.90/- per month up to 31.07.1997 for three or more more years and special allowance @Rs.180/- after 22.04.1998 till TBOP/BCR promotion ie up to 31.08.2008.
