NO BODY IS HEARD OF DOWNWARD REVISION, REDUCTION
OF PAY IN ANY DEPARTMENT OR SERVICE WHETHER PUBLIC OR PRIVATE, BUT SEEN IN CASE
OF G.D.S. PAY POCKET OF AN EMPLOYEE
SHOULD BE PROTECTED, A GENERAL RULE, COURT RULINGS BUT NEVER HEEDED/APPRECIATED
PROPERLY BY THE DEPARTMENTAL OFFICERS! SINCE THEY CAN NOT FEEL THE PINCH THEY
BENT UPON RELYING UNSCIENTIFIC METHOD OF CALCULATION OF WORK HOURS.
COMPASSIONATE APPOINTMENT – STEP-MOTHERLY
ATTITUDE TOWARDS G.D.S: Point system not scientific and genuine claims are
disallowed. For ex: A GDS died while
performing his duty in the forest area, an elephant killed him! His wife has no other source of income, no
property and virtually on streets, BUT DENIED APPOINTMENT TO HER DAUGHTER. Reason UNSCIENTIFIC POINT SYSTEM TO ASSESS
INDIGENCY OF THE FAMILY!
NO TRANSFERS, LIMITED TRANSFERS! Even if transfer is approved by the Circle
head, the GDS should forego his service increments and accept PAY OF THE
POST. Most unscientific in deed!
BONUS: Despite several court orders at last
the demand was accepted and denied due benefits for years………..perhaps SAVINGS!
PUT OFF DUTY, AN HANGING SWORD ON THE
G.D.S! An inspector/ASP/SP/SSP always
have this weapon in hand. For not
attending meeting after working hours, POD is enforced. For not completing the TARGET ON RPLI put off
duty was ordered. FOR NOT ACCEPTING THE
PROPOSAL OF TRANSFER TO SHIFT A LADY GDSMD on spot POD was enforced!
HARSH PUNISHMENTS: Never this GDS is treated as human beings in
case of enforcing discipline! For a
small fault, routine mistakes, financial irregularities CAPITAL SENTENCE LIKE
REMOVAL/DISMISSAL is given! For wrong
delivery of letters/Money orders REMOVAL FROM SERVICE. Now even after 14.01.2015 order introducing GRADED
PUNISHMENT, MINOR AND MAJOR, G.D.S are undergoing severe punishments reckless
of their service! The reason for increase in such activity is because of
various lapses on the part of higher level officers. NO PROPER AND PERIODICAL CHECKS/VIGILANCE!
For legitimate Trade Union protests DISCIPLINARY ACTION IS PROPOSED ILLEGALLY!
OUR LEADERS AT GROUND LEVEL ARE MADE TARGETS UNDER THE GUISE OF DISCIPLINARY
ACTION!
SEXUAL HARASSMENT ON HUMBLE G.D.S AT WORK
SPOT! IRREGULAR AND IMPROPER METHOD TO HEAR THEIR GRIEVANCES UNLIKE
DEPARTMENTAL STAFF, A PARTISAN ATTITUDE!
STRIKE ASSURANCES NOT MET: Last Strike

sufferings/agony of GDS cannot be expressed in words, FOR THEY ARE THE MOST
